I use @Lambchops PUDPIC program.

With it you can drop a pud file in and out pops a beautiful image. You can adjust the size of the image by renaming the program with the size you prefer. It's very easy.

Here's my PUDPIC program. Just unzip the files then you can drag & drop a pud file onto the exe to make a picture.

It's been named for some average default settings. If you just double-click on the exe you will get instructions on how to adjust that if you want.
